Assembly Programming Discussion Group
A discussion group for assembly programming with the TI line of graphing calculators. It's provided by TI, but there are some people there who can help you out sometimes. The ticalc.org assembly lists are usually better though, because more REAL programmers visit them.

Linux Programmer Group
An excellent site dedicated to creating TI apps, programs, IDE's and other programs for use with the Linux operating system. A welcome addition since most development is restricted to Windows-based machines currently.

TI Calculator Programs
The web design leaves a little to be desired, but if you're looking for good mathematics programs written by people who know (i.e. University Professors), then this is the right site for you.

TI Chess Team
One of the best sites for specialized programs, tools, and programming information in C for the TI-89/9x. Working on a major project (Chess game in C), they have expanded to share their knowledge with the entire TI community. If you have not been here, you should definitely go.

Probably the best online resource for advanced (and intermediate) assembly programming on the net for the TI-89/9x. The list has expanded to accomodate C programming as well (since C is now the language of choice for "assembly" programs). If you have questions about "assembly" programming, you should visit this site.

The most comprehensive news and archive site in existence. It was the first site of its kind, and it is the best still today after more than 3 years. Graphing Calculator News is excellent, and is always updated. The archive section, while slow to get a program up now, boasts the largest and best organized directory of calculator programs for all models on the net. If you want programs, ticalc.org is pretty much the Wal*Mart of Graphing Calculators.
